I'm a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Operational Excellence leader with nearly two decades of experience designing how organisations work at scale. My career has been focused on simplifying complexity, driving measurable efficiency, and building high-performing operations across regulated, customer-centric industries — financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Known as a collaborative, commercially minded leader, I combine data-driven problem solving with Human-Centred Design to create processes that are efficient, compliant, and actually intuitive for the people who use them.
